How it works

We scope your needs and send a fixed quote

We review your situation and scope exactly what you need. Within 48 hours, we send a clear, fixed-fee proposal — broken down by service. No hourly rates. No hidden extras.

Our proposals are transparent: you see exactly what is included, what the monthly cost is, and what the one-off setup fee (if any) covers.

You approve and we onboard you

Once you approve the proposal, we send a digital engagement letter and set up your client portal. We connect to your accounting software or migrate you to the right platform.

Onboarding typically takes 3-5 business days. We contact your previous accountant (if applicable) and obtain all historical records on your behalf.

We handle everything

From day one, we manage every deadline, filing, and compliance obligation. You receive regular reports and your accountant is available for questions throughout the month.
